We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Consultant, Business Development & Events Partnerships. This role focuses on building strategic relationships, securing sponsorships and partnerships, and managing client accounts to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will excel in pitching partnership opportunities, identifying new business development prospects, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What will I be doing?
1. Partnership & Sponsorship Development:
- Identify and pitch partnership and sponsorship opportunities to align with company goals.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to potential partners’ and sponsors’ objectives.
- Negotiate terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing sponsors and partners to ensure long-term collaborations.
2. Business Development:
- Identify, research, and pursue new opportunities for business growth, particularly in real estate or developer-related projects.
- Build relationships with business developers, agencies, and key stakeholders to expand the company’s project portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
3. Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute client engagement strategies to maintain strong relationships.
- Address client feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Regularly update clients on project progress and deliverables to maintain transparency.
4. Event Partnership Support:
- Collaborate with the events team to identify potential sponsors and partners for upcoming events.
- Act as a liaison between sponsors, partners, and the events team to ensure seamless integration and execution.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report key performance metrics for partnerships and sponsorships.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Prepare reports for management, highlighting progress, insights, and recommendations.
What is required of me?
Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sponsorships, or client management.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong pitching and presentation skills with the ability to create compelling proposals.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
