- Experience developing and driving effective account planning strategies to identify key decision-makers, understand customer needs, and tailor sales approaches accordingly.

- A current university student or recent graduate (Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields).
- You are a real people person, persuasive, communicate confidently and exude trust and reliability.
- You have the ability to understand customer's industry and core business challenges.
- You have the ability to be curious about a prospect’s business, ask meaningful questions and position Embed Global as an industry expert that can help deliver outcomes and solve problems.
- Insurance industry knowledge is preferred but not essential: Understanding of the industry, including market trends, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape is crucial for effectively positioning Embed Global’s services and staying ahead in the market.
- You possess business fluent communication skills in English. Any additional SE-Asian languages are a plus!
- You have an interest in startups, fintech, and/or the future of insurance with an entrepreneurial mindset, a bias for action and a desire to learn.
- Bonus: Previous internship or side project in business development, consulting, or a startup environment.
- Real exposure to startup life, from strategy to execution.
