Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchant Operations and Support Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance for our merchants while supporting the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to assist merchants in gathering and completing required documentation for onboarding and compliance purposes.
  • Review and verify all submitted merchant documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements before submission to the Compliance Department.
  • Act as the main point of contact for merchants regarding documentation-related queries and provide guidance as needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Compliance and Finance, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for merchants.
  • Maintain and update merchant records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Support the resolution of any documentation discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing merchant-related reports and operational updates.
  • Provide administrative support for merchant operations, including invoicing and tracking key milestones.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to reviewing documents.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with merchants and internal teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales Managers and other departments.
  • Prior experience in operations, documentation management, or customer support is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in the financial or payment services industry is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
