Job Description
- Communicates with customers via phone / face to face to identify and diagnose for demo or technical issues
- Conduct simply repairs according to the diagnosis
- Conduct demo of machine operations for customer
- Knowledge in disassembling and re-assembling of machines according to the manual.
- Ensure data accuracy when keying into the system for Part ordering or inventory.
- Ability to respond to customer service requests within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.
- Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships and exhibiting great customer service.
Job Requirement
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 1-3 years relevant experience
- Proficient in graphic design software and video editing software
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin
- Technical knowledge/background is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
