Job Summary:

Commercial support, creating and processing sales orders and contracts in a timely manner, stays ahead of customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and prospecting new potential clients pro-actively.

Job Description:

  • Able to use ZohoCRM to update, track and record all sales processes and potential leads
  • Generate Sales Analysis and Reports
  • Arranging presentations and appointments with new clients, follow-up on leads
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
  • Contact prospects via phone, email, and online meetings to present IT solutions.
  • Good negotiation skills to close sales.
  • Maintain and update ZohoCRM software with accurate lead and detailed information.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead-generation strategies.
  • Partner with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met effectively and ensure smooth deployment.
  • Able to issue Invoices and other AR documents.

Skills/Attributes required:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Maintain personal hygiene, and good personal grooming habits
  • Strong customer support skills with analytical and multitasking skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Zoho/CRM Software

Qualifications/Experience required:

  • University Degree/ Polytechnic Diploma in Business, Computer Science, or related.
  • Preferably 2+ years in inside sales/sales support /lead generation/ in IT or technology-related industries
  • Familiarity with ZohoCRM, Good Knowledge of IT products, software, IoT solutions is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across operations, marketing, finance teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
