Job Description: As a Sales and Marketing Executive at AEZOOM, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and supporting the director with administrative tasks. We are looking for a candidate who is not only passionate about cycling but also driven, independent, and able to handle various tasks with flexibility and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive product sales.
Create and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Provide administrative support to the director as needed.
Work independently and be self-motivated in achieving sales and marketing goals.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, cycling products, and customer preferences.
Support in event planning, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
Flexibility to take on various tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing (preferably in the cycling or sports industry).
Knowledge of bicycles, or a genuine interest in cycling (bonus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Aggressive and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Flexible in task arrangement and willing to support the director in administrative tasks.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
