Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with business objectives.

    • Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and platforms in the digital space.

  2. Content Creation:

    • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).

    • Develop visual and written content, including posts, videos, infographics, and stories, tailored to the target audience.

  3. Community Engagement:

    • Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to build strong online communities.

    • Address customer inquiries and feedback professionally and promptly.

  4. Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.

  5. Performance Analysis:

    • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives.

    • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on analytics.

  6. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

    • Partner with influencers and external agencies to amplify campaign reach.

  7. Administrative Support:

    • Perform administrative tasks related to social media operations, such as maintaining records, updating content calendars, and coordinating with vendors or partners.

    • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.

  8. General Admin Work:

    • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

    • Manage office-related tasks, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
