Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation & Curation:
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu etc.) to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand posts, stories, and videos (including photo shoots, product demos, behind-the-scenes content, etc.).
- Curate content to align with current food trends, seasonal promotions, and brand messaging.
- Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Marketing Material Preparation:
- Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, email newsletters, digital ads, and promotional banners.
- Work with kitchen and service team to develop marketing collateral for product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Social Media Management & Community Engagement:
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage customer inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and active online community by interacting with influencers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging social media tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
