About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Sales Executives to join our team in our flagship store at Capitol Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Client Consultation & Styling:
Conduct thorough client consultations, actively listening to their needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.
Provide expert advice on garment fit, style, and fabric choices, considering individual body shapes and lifestyles.
Create personalized styling recommendations, showcasing how our garments can be incorporated into clients' wardrobes.
Fit Expertise:
Accurately take precise body measurements to ensure perfect garment fit.
Assess garment fit on clients, identifying any adjustments or alterations required.
Communicate effectively with production team, clearly articulating client preferences and fit requirements.
Oversee the entire tailoring process, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Sales & Customer Service:
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive engagement and exceptional customer service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Store Operations:
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Assist with inventory management, including stock control and visual merchandising.
Participate in store operations as needed, including cash handling and basic administrative tasks.
Brand Representation:
Project a professional and enthusiastic image, representing the CYC brand with integrity and confidence.
Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible service.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive and energetic personality
Passion for fashion and menswear
Availability to work weekends (5 days a week)
