Digital Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to join our team! If you have a passion for digital marketing, social media, and customer engagement, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies

· Plan, execute, and manage social media and content marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness

· Support the execution of marketing campaigns and sales activities

· Manage product listings, content creation, sales and customer feedback on e-commerce platforms

· Engage with audiences across social media platforms and identify opportunities for brand interaction

· Monitor and analyse campaign performance and digital engagement metrics

· Coordinate with vendors to design and develop marketing collaterals for both online and offline use

· Handle sales inquiries and provide professional customer support

· Work closely with retail partners to execute trade promotions, commercial activities, and in-store marketing initiatives.

· Assist with additional ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

· Diploma or higher qualification, with 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Familiarity with image editing tools (e.g.,Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is an advantage.

· Some experience in social media marketing is required

· Resourceful, results-driven, and a proactive problem-solver

· Strong team player with the ability to work independently

· Excellent multitasking skills with attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

· Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

· Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
