Responsibilities
As the Associate Product Manager, you will help to design, and drive the development of our solution, with a focus on leveraging alternative data. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and build new features to bring to the market. We are looking for analytical and motivated individuals to take on this challenge in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, client interviews, and competitive research to identify trends and enhance client experience.
- Optimize product journey mapping by defining, prioritizing and managing product features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
- Work closely with Product Design, Engineering, Machine Learning, and Risk teams to translate product requirements into actionable technical specifications, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including and not limited to positioning, messaging, and product launch plans.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to analyze, track and evaluate the product development progress, including but not limited to testing, deployment and improvement.
- Prepare product training materials and conduct product training sessions tailored to the needs of the relevant stakeholders.
- Provide prompt communication and documentation on product development progress, escalating any issues that could impact the budget, timeline, or strategic vision in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring that the product adheres to industry best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, preferably for financial services, financial data and analytics companies, or other technical software product companies that went through massive growth.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with internal stakeholders to drive business results.
- Strong problem solving skills under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in fraud risk management for consumer lending, managing end-to-end process of unsecured lending products a plus.
