Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and effective service.

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with our menu specifications.

  • Oversee the training and development of junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Jr Sous Chef or in a similar role within a professional kitchen.

  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Passion for food and a creative approach to cooking.

  • Strong communication and team-working abilities.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent training is preferred but not required.
