  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Attend and welcome to walk-in customers ensuring they have a positive experience at our outlet.

Handle inquiries about services, packages, and appointments in person, over the phone, or via email.

Manage customer's appointment bookings.

Coordinate schedules for dedicated practitioners.

Keep the reception area and client waiting areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, refreshments).

Promote wellness packages, memberships, and special offers to clients.

Ensure proper documentation and filing system.
