Greet and attend to Company's guests & walk -in guests
Answer the Company main telephone line and transfer to the relevant departments as required
Update & Maintain Company internal contact list and distribute the contact list to staff
Keep track of ingoing and outgoing mails
Keep the Reception area and meeting room neat and tidy
Help to serve beverages during the absence of Tea Lady and/or when required
Keep track of stationery requirements and photocopier machine accessories; and make re-orders when required
Issue stationery items to staff
Adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Preferably with relevant working experience as a receptionist
GCE 'N'/'O'/ITE graduates
Good personality and pleasant disposition
Good work attitude
