Job Description

  • Greet and attend to Company's guests & walk -in guests

  • Answer the Company main telephone line and transfer to the relevant departments as required

  • Update & Maintain Company internal contact list and distribute the contact list to staff

  • Keep track of ingoing and outgoing mails

  • Keep the Reception area and meeting room neat and tidy

  • Help to serve beverages during the absence of Tea Lady and/or when required

  • Keep track of stationery requirements and photocopier machine accessories; and make re-orders when required

  • Issue stationery items to staff

  • Adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Preferably with relevant working experience as a receptionist

  • GCE 'N'/'O'/ITE graduates

  • Good personality and pleasant disposition

  • Good work attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
