RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To manage and grow suite of Cyber Security products, technical services and other related services.
  • To drive service creation and service quality enhancement of its products and to increase market share and profitability by continuous product enhancements, operation improvements, and product marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Analyse market conditions and provide critical inputs to management for medium- and long-term business planning
  • Create and maintain the business cases for strategic pricing and non-standard terms and conditions
  • Collaborate with service delivery and operation team to ensure effective product delivery mechanism is maintained.
  • Support sales team to win/ retain customers by providing competitive pricing and customized solution/ SLA if required
  • Analysing potential partner relationships for the product
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in IT related fields or equivalent.
  • Applicants without IT qualification may still apply but must have at least 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • A good sales track record of computer networks and IT security will be an advantage
  • Prior experience working in distributor environment preferred
  • Strong leadership, team building and logical thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent and motivated
