Product Marketing Manager (IT Solutions)

PURPOSE:
Responsible for strategically driving the promotion and positioning of our product solutions tailored for business clients. This includes developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns, collaborating with strategic partners, and analyzing market trends to maximize product adoption and revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Drive the development and execution of marketing strategies that position and promote the product solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader strategic goals.
- Lead the implementation of product strategies by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to refine marketing approaches and maximize product adoption and revenue.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Leverage these relationships to drive compelling go-to-market strategies and gain critical insights into market dynamics.
- Create and implement creative marketing strategies that enhance product awareness and adoption.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust strategic approaches to ensure alignment with customer needs and emerging trends.
- Capture and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product or strategy improvement, influencing the product development roadmap to align with evolving client demands.
- Represent the product at industry events and conferences, establishing yourself as an expert in the solutions space and driving the company’s visibility in the marketplace.
- Use analytics tools to assess and monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts in relation to business objectives, particularly within markets. Evaluate the performance of marketing strategies and refine them through stakeholder engagement.
- Support sales teams by providing training and product knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell the product and communicate its value proposition to clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 6 to 8 years of product marketing/management experience, with a proven track record of driving product growth and adoption in competitive B2B markets.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics, and how these drive success in the business market.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of making data-driven decisions while managing ambiguity and complex challenges.
- Ability to manage relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and addressing their needs in the B2B space.
- Strong verbal, written, and analytical communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for B2B audiences, ensuring clarity and impact.
