Job Responsibilities:
Sort, fold and post out, email and/or fax monthly Statement of Accounts to customers
Send reminder letters for overdue accounts to customers
Scan, edit and perform invoice submission and simple reconciliation
Download and merge documents for submission
Ensure all documents are correctly attached and filed
Print and retrieve hard copies of billing documents from designated printers with correct pre-printed forms
Support customers on billing document enquiries
Data entry on customer master creation
Support printing SOA and Aging to Sale Representatives
Other duties as delegated from time to time by management
Requirements:
Basic knowledge in Excel, at least formula/calculation
Must be meticulous in terms of paperwork
