DON DON DONKI is NOW HIRING FULL-TIME CHEF DE PARTIES!

Independently manage all designated kitchen stations, including the fryer, teppanyaki grill, or oven, overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality food products are delivered consistently.
Assist colleagues with tasks during downtime to optimize workflow, support team members, and maintain productivity levels in the kitchen.
Supervise and provide guidance to junior chefs, delegate tasks, provide training on cooking techniques and food safety procedures, and ensure adherence to quality standards and recipes.
Perform regular quality assurance checks, including monitoring food temperatures, inspecting cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations to maintain product quality and safety.
Monitor sales trends versus discounts and use a handy terminal for transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of sales data to support inventory management and ordering processes.
Monitor sales performance and discounts, handle WhatsApp orders efficiently, and forecast food quantity requirements based on sales trends and customer demand.
Implement directives from management effectively, including sales targets, menu changes, and operational procedures, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.
