We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Part-Time Sales Specialist to join our team. This individual will focus on lead management, follow-ups, handling objections, and closing enrolments.
Work Schedule:
- Days: Mondays to Fridays
- Time: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
A Typical Day in This Role:
- Review the day's leads and prioritize follow-ups based on urgency and stage in the sales funnel.
- Make outbound calls to new and existing leads, answering inquiries and addressing objections.
- Follow up on pending decisions, providing additional information or support as needed.
- Log all activities and outcomes into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth enrolment process for confirmed leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
- Organize, track, and manage leads in the CRM system or spreadsheets.
- Proactively follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
Follow-Up with Prospects:
- Engage with parents and students over the phone, providing detailed information about our tuition programs.
- Build rapport to understand their needs and align them with our offerings.
Handling Objections:
- Address parents' concerns effectively, providing solutions that demonstrate the benefits of enrolling in our programs.
Sales and Conversion:
- Drive enrolments by confidently communicating the unique value of our tuition programs.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Collaboration and Feedback:
- Work closely with the admin team to stay informed about program availability and student success stories.
- Provide feedback on common concerns or objections to improve the sales process.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing roles (experience in the education industry is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM tools or spreadsheet management.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
