Job Description

We are currently hiring a motivated and skilled Product Sales Specialist to join our Laboratory Products division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to strategize and drive demand for Laboratory Equipment. The individual will join a complementary team and engage with a wide range of customers, from research to diagnostics to industrial applied. The role will be actively involved in new product introduction (NPI), educating both channel partners as well as potential customers about benefits, giving product sales training and build a purposeful impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Educate and engage prospects through effective communication and value proposition presentations to build interest and generate demand for assigned products.

2. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that addresses lead generation and revenue targets.

3. Maintain consistent engagement with customers in addressable markets, building customer relation and identifying vertical sales development opportunities for relevant business unit(s).

4. Conduct regular check-ins with sales distributors and end customers to get up-to date marketing trending and evolving needs in order to reinforce product sales strategies.

5. Participate in business reviews, training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales proficiency.

6. Establish cadence for work discussion with the APJ regional team on efficiency of product sales campaigns for existing product lines.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical Sciences preferred.

2. Prior experience in a product specialist or business development role.

3. Strong presentation skills to provide a convincing business narrative.

4. Able to travel and work within the SEATW region
