Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management: Generate sales and manage inquiries for assigned clients in Singapore, including lead generation, account management, and technical discussions.
Quotation & CRM Oversight: Prepare and follow up on quotations and opportunities within the CRM, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Order & PO Processing: Manage the full order process, including receiving Purchase Orders (POs), creating projects, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt communication and follow-up.
Customer Engagement & Support: Handle customer inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide administrative support, including onboarding, account management, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and monitor performance indicators, manage sales tracking tools, and compile insightful reports to guide strategy.
Lead Conversion & Follow-up: Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL), engage prospects effectively, and follow up on inbound leads.
Internal Collaboration & Administration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, to expedite orders, issue invoices, and direct customer feedback, while also performing administrative tasks and supporting company executives.
Qualifications:
Diploma or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Marketing/Sales or relevant are preferred.
1-2 years or more Sales Experiences, Experience in Solution Sales Selling and/or Experience in Test equipment & measuring tool field are preferred.
A team player with strong technical and communication skills.
A Service-oriented with good command of spoken and written English.
Good problem-analysis and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal & organizational presentation
Self-motivated and hard-working.
Good computer skills (Ms. Office).
Having an existing customer base in a relevant industry will be advantageous.
Skills: Solution Selling Experienced; Relationship Management; Engineering Knowledge.
