Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking.

CRM Management:
Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to document interactions, track leads, and manage the sales pipeline.
Keep records updated with accurate and timely information.
Performance Monitoring:
Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including outreach volume, meetings scheduled, and leads qualified.
Analyze and improve outreach strategies based on results and feedback.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
A passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in the role.
