Sales Representative

Job Description:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information 回复客户咨询并提供产品信息

• Understand customer needs and manage the sales process 了解客户需求并管理销售流程

• Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers 维护与新客户和现有客户的良好关系

• Conducting follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction 开展跟进活动以确保客户满意度

• Working closely with other sales team members, marketing, and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience 与其他销售团队成员、市场部门和物流部门紧密合作，确保客户体验顺畅

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assign by management 执行管理层分配的其他临时任务

Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent 大专/本科或同等学历

• Strong communication skills, team player 具备良好的沟通能力，具有团队合作精神

• Familiar with MS Office 熟悉MS Office软件

• Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin will be preferable 能以中文沟通的人选将被优先考虑

• Expected salary: $2,800 - $3,800 per month
