Job Title: General Manager Assistant

Job Description: We are a dynamic gym committed to delivering an exceptional fitness experience to our clients. We seek a passionate, ambitious, and driven individual to join our team as an Assistant to the General Manager. This role involves managing daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee front desk operations, class scheduling, and equipment maintenance to ensure high-quality service.
- Monitor and enhance employee performance, providing feedback and support to ensure efficient teamwork.
- Conduct regular operational data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and propose actionable solutions.
Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Plan and organize customer events and classes to increase engagement and loyalty.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, making recommendations for improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Marketing:
- Participate in designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage social media platforms to increase online engagement and regularly post relevant content.
- Develop and implement promotional activities to boost membership registrations and renewals.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Financial Management:
- Assist in preparing financial reports and participate in budget management and cost control to ensure financial health.
- Help develop pricing strategies while monitoring market dynamics for necessary adjustments.
- Regularly review financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Employee Training and Development:
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees to facilitate their integration into the team.
- Organize regular training sessions to enhance team skills and service quality.
- Establish employee performance evaluation standards and track developmental progress.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Diploma or higher in Management, Sports, or related fields preferred.
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the fitness industry; management experience is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with staff and clients at all levels.
- Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills to work efficiently.
- Familiarity with gym operations and customer service processes, as well as marketing knowledge.

- Flexible with working hours and able to handle work-related pressure.

Working Hours: 8-hour workdays with one day off per week; specific schedules may vary based on operational needs.
Salary Range: SGD 3,000 to SGD 7,000 per month, determined based on individual skills and experience.
