We seek a passionate, ambitious, and driven individual to join our team as an Assistant to the General Manager. This role involves managing daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee front desk operations, class scheduling, and equipment maintenance to ensure high-quality service.
  • Monitor and enhance employee performance, providing feedback and support to ensure efficient teamwork.
  • Conduct regular operational data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and propose actionable solutions.

Customer Service:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and organize customer events and classes to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, making recommendations for improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

Marketing:

  • Participate in designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage social media platforms to increase online engagement and regularly post relevant content.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities to boost membership registrations and renewals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Financial Management:

  • Assist in preparing financial reports and participate in budget management and cost control to ensure financial health.
  • Help develop pricing strategies while monitoring market dynamics for necessary adjustments.
  • Regularly review financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Employee Training and Development:

  • Assist in onboarding and training new employees to facilitate their integration into the team.
  • Organize regular training sessions to enhance team skills and service quality.
  • Establish employee performance evaluation standards and track developmental progress.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Diploma or higher in Management, Sports, or related fields preferred.

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the fitness industry; management experience is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with staff and clients at all levels.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills to work efficiently.
  • Familiarity with gym operations and customer service processes, as well as marketing knowledge.
