Kitchen Assistant/Packer – Central Kitchen - MORNING Part Time
Job Scopes – NO PORK NO LARD
Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations before and after work
Food Preparation of packing raw Chicken products and vegetables, etc.
Assist in washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients as per the recipes and production requirements.
Package prepared food items accurately and label them with the correct information, including date and contents.
Clean and maintain kitchen tools, equipment, and workstations, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately, separating recyclable materials and reducing food waste whenever possible.
Perform end-of-day cleaning duties, ensuring that all areas of the central kitchen meet cleanliness and safety standards.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

上班前和下班后设置、清洁和整理工作场地。

Ability to stand for working periods and lift or move weighted 6-8 Kgs heavy items, such as food supplies or packed food containers. 能够在工作期间站立并举起或移动重达 6-8 公斤的重物, 例如食品供应或包装好的食品容器。
Ability to work in a team 在团队中工作的能力
