Job Description:
Review and propose IT asset management strategies, policies and process.
Help to perform IT Asset disposals.
Conduct regular asset inspections and assessments.
Ensure compliance with approve IT Asset Management policies and procedures.
Manage all IT Asset Inventory (hardware and software) and verify that all asset are identified and accounted for.
Maintain an accurate and a up-to-date asset records that include acquisition, upgrade and disposal history.
Monitor the asset's end of life and end of support.
Help to generate report for presentation and audit.
Job Requirements:
Minimum diploma / degree in any field.
At least 2 years of experience in Asset Management.
Good communication and customer service skills.
