Be a trailblazer in transforming in-store retail. As a pioneer in this new retail sales team, you'll drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and promote seamless product discovery across departments.

Responsibilities:
Become an expert on Gain City’s promotions, brand deals, and product offerings to deliver precise recommendations.
Actively promote offers, upsell complementary products, and align sales strategies with specific company objectives.
Collaborate with teams to manage deliveries and oversee installation services for exceptional customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the Business Development Team to track deal performance, gather feedback, and propose strategy enhancements.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in retail sales or a strong enthusiasm for building a career in the industry.
Keen attention to detail with the ability to identify performance gaps and develop innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
Friendly and energetic personality with a passion for enhancing customer satisfaction.
Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
