Job Title: Full-Time Cleaner & Butler

Cleaner Job Responsibilities @ Retail Stores & Office

1. Cleaning and Sanitizing:

   • Daily cleaning in the retail store and office area, such as vacuuming and polishing surfaces.

   • Sanitize high-touch areas (e.g., doorknobs, light switches, phones, desks and countertops) to ensure a hygienic environment.

   • NO cleaning of washrooms.

2. Window and Glass Cleaning:

   • Clean and maintain windows, glass doors, and display cases to ensure clear visibility and a presentable appearance.

   • Remove any smudges, fingerprints, or dirt from glass surfaces.

3. Trash Management:

   • Empty trash bins throughout the store and office spaces, replacing with fresh plastic bags as necessary.

   • Properly dispose of waste, ensuring all garbage is removed from the premises in accordance with waste disposal policies.

4. Floor Care:

   • Vacuum floors in high-traffic areas such as the retail floor, hallways, office spaces.

   • Ensure carpets, rugs, and upholstery are cleaned and maintained, including spot cleaning as needed.

5. Inventory and Supplies Management:

   • Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and materials, ensuring adequate stock for daily tasks.

   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.

Butler Job Responsibilities @ Office

Formal Service Standards & Etiquette:

• Provide formal and informal service for meals and ensure the comfort and satisfaction of guests, anticipating their needs with discretion.

• Oversee the formal table settings, serving of meals, ensuring proper etiquette with service language at all times.

• Demonstrate refined conduct in all interactions, ensuring guests feel respected and valued while maintaining discretion and privacy.

*Only Singaporean/PRs.

*5 days work week, up to 44hrs/week.
