The Business App Support Intern will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the Business Applications systems, and application components. This role will also participate in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures, to ensure system provisioning and maintenance is consistent with company goals, industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Administer Business Applications based on end user’s requirements or ongoing needs while providing excellent customer service.
- Analyse system errors and work with end users and related business units to correct and/or assist in problem resolution.
- Help diagnose performance issues related to business applications and work with internal and external vendors in their resolution.
- Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments.
- Prepare user training document for business applications and associated processes with business departments
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Information System or Computer Science related majors are welcomed
- Microsoft VBA/VB Script programming experience
- Knowledge of RPA (Robotics Process Automation) solutions
- Any experience in ERP such as SAP etc will be a plus
- Willing to learn new things
- Good communication skills
- Commitment: Able to commit on a full-time basis for ideally 6 months (or a minimum of 5 months) from May/June onwards
