The Opportunity:
• Client: Government-Operated Management
• Location: Serangoon
• Salary: Up to $2,900 (Basic)
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory for all e-shop portals, including virtual inventory processes during presales and major launches.
• Validate daily online fraud reports and perform document verifications.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer-related issues.
• Monitor and highlight trending incidents on e-commerce platforms, ensuring all cases are resolved and properly logged in the system.
• Conduct manual callbacks to customers and follow up on orders arising from online sales issues.
• Perform manual interventions for order-related issues, such as stuck orders, failed transactions, and rejections.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum GCE 'O' / 'A' Levels or Diploma.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patient, proactive, and a good team player.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
