Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and brand partners to facilitate collaboration and business opportunities.
Contribute to the overall business growth strategy by supporting the negotiation and execution of contracts and deals.
Coordinate and assist with publicity initiatives, including photoshoots, interviews, and social media presence related to production work.
Manage the Celebrities' schedules, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Enhance and increase the Celebrities' social media presence and social capital.
Collaborate closely with Celebrities across all business areas.
Serve as a chaperone during events and media shoots.
Provide assistance with crisis management when required.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in entertainment, media, artist management, or public relations.
A genuine passion for the entertainment industry, with a strong awareness of current trends and developments.
Proven experience managing Celebrities, with a solid understanding of production and talent management.
Skilled in social media and marketing, including photography and videography.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and creating impactful publicity through media relations.
Excellent communication skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
Availability to work flexible and irregular hours.
