Purpose of the Role

The Integration Engineer ensures effective delivery of integration services by analyzing, preparing, and executing test cases for configurations, upgrades, migrations, and expansions of networks or systems. The role adheres to compliance with group directives, legal regulations, E+OHS standards, and data security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Presales & Planning:
  • Support solution proposals and define integration strategies aligned with contractual obligations.
  • Plan scope, timelines, and activities while ensuring resource availability.
  • Execution & Delivery:
  • Prepare and execute configurations and test cases to ensure first-time-right delivery.
  • Perform troubleshooting, escalate issues, and ensure quality delivery within framework guidelines.
  • Manage documentation and handover processes to support project milestones and customer value.
  • Process Improvement & Mentorship:
  • Drive changes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Mentor and manage team members to meet project requirements effectively.
