Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up customer technical enquiries and respond on time.
Receive product specific requirement from customer and implement with the team.
First layer escalation point for product quality dispositions
Respond to all customer quality escalations within time frame.
Handling customer and 3rd Party audits
Product test reports for customer
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
Monitoring of customer quality complaints
Improvement evaluations team member
Work together with customer and internal team for continuous improvements
Quality team member and involve in assigned internal audits
Quality Team member and required to back up other quality functions such as calibration, supplier audit, internal audit, QMS.
Required Qualifications:
Degree / Diploma in chemical / mechanical / relevant field.
Min 2 years work experience in Quality Assurance
customer quality experience / knowledge in electroplating / work experience in electroplating will be added advantage
