Job Title: Network Engineer - Telecommunication

Location: 78 Robinson road, Singapore

Salary: Up to SGD6,800

  • Network Configuration & Integration: Analyze, prepare, implement, and verify RAN configurations. Execute change requests, perform upgrades, and deliver radio network design services.
  • Radio Network Design: Develop solutions for radio network planning, coverage, and capacity dimensioning to meet customer performance targets.
  • Site Survey & Testing: Conduct site surveys, radio measurements, and testing. Produce detailed RF design and survey reports for macro, small cells, and in-building systems.
  • Network Optimization: Perform performance analysis, audits, and health checks, providing recommendations to improve network performance.
  • Performance Verification: Verify hardware/software performance and conduct user acceptance tests in lab and live network environments.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate technical issues, improve network performance, and ensure KPI acceptance in project delivery.
  • Leadership & Process Improvement: Lead RF/Network Engineers, identify process gaps, and drive improvements to enhance delivery quality.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in Radio Network Design & Optimization.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge in 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies, with experience in Ericsson equipment, features, and parameters.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as IBWAVE, Mentum Planet, TEMS, R&S, NEMO, and Geolocation platforms.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and effective in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Strong orientation toward customer satisfaction, quality, and project delivery.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams for RF project delivery and acceptance.

This role is critical for ensuring robust network design, optimization, and performance to exceed customer expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,800.00 per month
