Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join the digiDations team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional pre-sales support for our security validation solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction through technical expertise and collaborative solution development.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support

  • Collaborate with customers and partners to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored product presentations.
  • Drive the design and execution of Proof-of-Concept (POC) demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.

Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Foster strong relationships with customers and channel partners through regular enablement sessions and direct interactions.
  • Develop and present customized solutions aligned with customer needs and organizational objectives.

Solution Development

  • Lead proposal creation and deliver technical demonstrations to address customer challenges.
  • Provide input on solution architecture and recommend best practices.

Marketing & Events

  • Support marketing initiatives, including speaking engagements at webinars and in-person events.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical content and resources to enhance outreach efforts.

Internal Collaboration

  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, identifying emerging needs and advocating for enhancements through feature requests and bug reports.
  • Work closely with product teams to influence updates and iterations based on customer feedback.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in roles such as Sales/Systems Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Security Engineer, or senior-level product support.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity domains, including network, endpoint, host, cloud, email, web, or data security.

Technical Expertise

  • Hands-on experience in penetration testing, red/blue team exercises, or other cybersecurity practices is a significant advantage.

Sales Expertise

  • Proven success in technical sales within industries such as FSI, Government, Telecom, MNC, or Manufacturing.
  • Experience with large-scale, comprehensive information security projects is highly desirable.

Certifications

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CWASP, ISO 27001, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent are strongly preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is desired.
