Job duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily preparation of food and drinks for restaurant opening example setting up tables, cutleries, service counters, beverage stations, topping up condiments etc
- Sitting of guests at their respective tables, taking food & beverage orders, recommending the menu, set lunch or dinners, ala carte items and upsell items
- Providing table service, example serving food & beverages, clearing plates and cutleries etc
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen and looks presentable for customers
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests and providing excellent customer service to guests
- Performing cashiering duties, deliver checks and collect bill payments
- Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food, always ensuring a high standard of food hygiene
- Perform day-to-day restaurant activities efficiently
- Perform other ad hoc duties as designated
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Food & Beverage/Hotel industry is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit an excellent service attitude.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communications skills & team player.
