Service Staff / Waiter / Waitress

Job duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily preparation of food and drinks for restaurant opening example setting up tables, cutleries, service counters, beverage stations, topping up condiments etc
• Sitting of guests at their respective tables, taking food & beverage orders, recommending the menu, set lunch or dinners, ala carte items and upsell items
• Providing table service, example serving food & beverages, clearing plates and cutleries etc
• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen and looks presentable for customers
• Staying attentive to the needs of guests and providing excellent customer service to guests
• Performing cashiering duties, deliver checks and collect bill payments
• Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food, always ensuring a high standard of food hygiene
• Perform day-to-day restaurant activities efficiently
• Perform other ad hoc duties as designated

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage/Hotel industry is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Exhibit an excellent service attitude.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communications skills & team player.
