Perform duties at café and banquet
Assist Outlet Manager to manage and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
Attend to customers’ needs, complaints, feedback and enquiries
Ensure service standards and processes are well-maintained and adhered to during operation hours
Perform cashiering duties, daily opening and closing
Responsible for banquet setup and cleanliness of the function rooms
Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned
Requirement:
Applicants with prior relevant experience will be advantageous
Possess WSQ Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
Great customer service skills with a pleasant smile
Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment with minimal supervision
Passionate to serve and be in the F&B industry
Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays
