Factory Production Manager

Qualifications & experience

• Male (preferred), rigorous and meticulous in work, earnest and responsible, proactive
• Possess good expression skills, communication and coordination skills and learning ability, and be able to optimise suggestions at work
• Proficient in Chinese and English, proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
• Good team spirit and is able to dutifully implement the work assigned by the General Manager
• More than 2 years of relevant experience in the Carpentry manufacturing factory (if applicable)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for the production and team management of the Production department, arrange daily work schedule to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with the Quality system as well as safety production requirements
• Arrange production work and coordinate internal and external relationships, establishing an efficient work flow system, ensuring consistency in production and quality
• Lead and motivate employees while enforcing company policies and regulations
• Assist in solving problems such as production equipment failures
• Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager
