The Stage Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a live performance, ensuring everything runs smoothly from rehearsals to the final performance. They act as the primary communication link between the director, cast, crew, and technical team, handling logistical and technical details. Responsibilities include organizing rehearsals, managing stage operations during performances, ensuring technical elements (such as lighting, sound, and set changes) are executed properly, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
