JD for Service Now Project Manager
We are looking for project Managers who would be accountable for managing & driving end-to-end ITSM programs, able to implement various ITIL processes utilizing tools like ServiceNow, service catalog transformation, drive automation across IT services & respective technical processes etc.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to assess project requirements, review strategies, Drive decision, implementation, and governance.
- Managing several key/strategic projects at any given point in time preferably for ITSM
- Stakeholder Management (internal/ client) up to the Director/ VP career stage while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Handling commercial acumen i.e. Estimation, Budgeting, Earned Value Analysis, Maintaining GM.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Skills Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar areas
- 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow
- Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
- Gain familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills
