Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong MS SQL operation support skills and a proven track record in managing platform servers and databases in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Should have minimum 5 years experience in MS SQL Data base Administration
  • Manage and support platform servers (Windows & UNIX).
  • Perform database administration tasks, including installation, hardening, upgrades, and patching of MS SQL AlwaysON AG.
  • Provide backup and EMC storage support.
  • Offer support for additional databases, including MongoDB, PostgresDB, and OracleDB (preferred).
  • Handle a server count of fewer than 200.
  • Develop and execute acceptance test plans and test cases.
  • May lead the training of clients and peers.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in MS SQL operation support.
  • Hands-on experience with MS SQL AlwaysON AG installation and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgresDB, and OracleDB is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage database-related tasks effectively.
