We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for our client. If you are an organized, reliable, and motivated individual with a passion for supporting business operations, we want you to be part of our client team!
Job Responsibilities:
General office administration: Assist with day-to-day office duties and any other tasks assigned by the Manager or Director.
Prepare monthly reports: Compile sales reports and create meeting slides for presentations.
Handle documents: Ensure timely processing of documents and forms for signature and submission.
Manage mail: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Update sales reports: Track progress for contests and challenges related to sales performance.
Customer support: Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Create presentations: Develop PowerPoint slides for meetings, trainings, and webinars.
Reception duties: Provide support for reception tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum O-level education.
At least 6 months of administrative experience.
Singaporean only.
