Responsibilities:
- Line Manage a team of 7 or more Case Managers and Administrators
- To work with the Head of Coaching & Development to drive operational performance through a range of processes, frameworks and initiatives and respond quickly to address
underperformance. - To run YR Team focused induction and on boarding programmed with new starters.
- To work intensively with new starters through facilitation of buddying, observations and 1-1 coaching to build skills and confidence in the role
- To undertake performance reviews with Case Managers
- To conduct regular caseload performance reviews with YR Team to support client retention and
re-employment - To conduct regular observations and feedback of YR program
- To deliver training to YR on key thematic areas to improve performance
- To complete regular team learning needs analysis and provide relevant upskilling/ coaching opportunities for ongoing staff development
- To support with the screening, interviewing and recruitment of case managers as required
- To assist the YR program in understanding and acting compliantly with all governance,
compliance and quality standards relating to the service delivery model and contractual requirements - To work with the Head of Coaching & Development in maintaining strong professional
relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government departments - To support YR Case Managers with crisis management and complaints on client
- Attend all YR stakeholder meetings
- Weekly MI reporting on YR program
- Manage the referral allocation process to the case managers
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:

- 2 years of prior working experience with case management
- 2 years of managerial experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and deliver against multiple priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to effectively network to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
- A high degree of flexibility
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to collate and input data in an accurate and timely manner and analyse performance reports
and respond accordingly - Ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment
- Excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
- Building strong relationships with Stakeholders
