Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR functions: recruitment, payroll, benefits, and appraisals.
Handle work pass applications and foreign worker matters.
Administer employee benefits and prepare HR correspondence.
Coordinate recruitment and vendor relations.
Oversee payroll processing and statutory reporting.
Support corporate projects and staff events.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
Meticulous, organized, and reliable with excellent attention to detail.
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
Independent, proactive, and a great team player.
Must be comfortable working in a catering environment (office located inside the kitchen). Hairnet must be worn in and out of the office.
Advantageous if the candidate has prior F&B experience.
Job Details:
Working hours: 5 days a week, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Kaki Bukit
Salary: $3,000 - $3,500/month
