  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview

Project Management

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and software projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
  • Manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • IT Infrastructure Management
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s IT infrastructure, including email systems, Microsoft tools, and content creation software.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure services to ensure optimal performance and integration with existing systems.
  • Act as the primary IT resource for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Identify, implement, and manage new technology solutions to improve business efficiency and team collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with data security regulations and best practices to safeguard company and customer information.

Software and Application Development

  • Lead the development and implementation of software applications, including e-games and e-journals for global audiences.
  • Collaborate with developers to design user-friendly, efficient, and scalable solutions.
  • Provide training and support to staff for new systems and applications.

Technical Expertise

  • Utilize programming skills for front-end and back-end development.
  • Apply knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and security principles such as encryption, authentication, and authorization.
  • Employ testing frameworks and tools to ensure software quality and reliability.

Must Have

  • Proven experience in project management within IT or software development.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, including Microsoft Azure.
  • Hands-on experience in software development, including coding and debugging.
  • Subject-matter expert.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, testing frameworks, and tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and a growth mindset.

Good to Have

  • Experience with game design or e-learning tools is a plus.
