Marketing Communications and Relations Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications and Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for developing and implementing communication strategies that enhance our brand presence and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be skilled in crafting compelling messages, managing media relations, and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

• Develop and execute marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for various channels including press releases, newsletters, website, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all communication materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry experts.
• Pitch story ideas and secure media coverage to enhance the company’s visibility.
• Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, and press conferences.
• Oversee logistics, manage budgets, and ensure successful execution of events.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community organizations.
• Act as a liaison to ensure positive and productive interactions.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to optimize future efforts.
• Maintain brand integrity and ensure all communications reflect the company's values and messaging.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
