About the role
As a Beauty and Wellness Consultant at Beauty 100 (S) International Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to clients on a wide range of beauty and wellness products and services. What you'll be doing
Assist customers in selecting the most suitable beauty and wellness products and services to meet their individual needs and preferences
Demonstrate product features and benefits, and provide personalised recommendations to enhance the customer experience
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless customer service and coordinate appointment scheduling as needed
Contribute to the overall sales performance of the business by achieving individual and team targets
Participate in regular training and development programs to continually enhance your skills and expertise
What we're looking for
Open to both males and females candidate
As we are in a beauty and wellness industry, applicant must be pleasant-looking and of standard height and weight
Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the beauty, wellness or retail industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
Passion in helping and providing value for clients
A positive, friendly and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
