Desktop Support Engineer / Location: Changi Aiport / MNC Company - 1 year contract renewable -
Monday to Friday: 2 staggered time - 7am - 4pm / 10am - 7pm
Device Engineer / Field Engineer - Tekong Camp (East) / SAFTI Camp (West) / Pasir Panjang, relocating to Tai Seng
Tekong Camp: Up to S$2,400 (Basic) + Allowances
SAFTI Camp (West): Up to S$2,600 (Basic)
Pasir Panjang, relocating to Tai Seng in End of Dec 2024: Up to S$2,900
Contract: 2 years (Renewable, No Bond)
Security Clearance: G50 clearance (approx. 6 months process)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to $2,800 (based on qualifications and experience)
Responsibilities:
Provide 1st Level Technical Support via phone, remote assistance, and email.
Escalate and track incident/service requests professionally and promptly.
Provide onsite support as needed.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in an IT service desk environment preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Excellent telephony and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments
