Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales and purchase transactions, including data entry, order processing, and control
- Manage stock and inventory, ensuring reconciliation with headquarters’ records
- Oversee cash management, including cash and card transactions as well as petty cash
- Ensure the efficient operation of administrative functions in the designated boutique
- Serve as the main point of contact between boutiques and other departments
- Communicate all directives, memos, and other important information to boutique staff
- Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and regularly updated

Requirements:
- GCE N/O Level or higher
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Willingness to work retail hours
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays (with rotating off days)
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
