Contract Duration: Till 31 Dec 2025 (Renewable depending on business needs; work overtime required)
Job Duties:
Conduct outbound calls & site visit to ensure timely consent collection with HR Manager/HR Professionals
Reach out to the respondent from selected establishment to participate and in digital survey data transmission
Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondent on the confidential database to be extracted
Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
Compile, record, input results and data from interview surveys into the system
Conduct administrative tracking of the collection progress.
Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data
Requirements:
GCE ‘A’ levels and above
Equipped with work experience in survey operations, sales, front desk, or customer service role.
Those without the academic qualifications will be considered with relevant work experience.
Applicants with call center background, direct sales and customer fronting will be advantageous.
Able to handle objections and complaints and proficiently de-escalate these cases.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and internet usage.
Effective team player but also an efficient individual contributor.
